This project, situated in a beachside suburb of the Gold Coast, offers a modern reinterpretation of the traditional beach shack.  Designed for a young family, it aims to capture the essence of coastal living. The house is open, bright and breezy. 

It emphasises the core principles of good design, featuring an optimal northern aspect for abundant natural light and excellent ventilation to maintain a comfortable living environment.

The design also incorporates framed views to the surrounding landscaping, seamlessly integrating the garden with indoor living spaces. 

Located just a short walk from the beach, this residence blends contemporary aesthetics with practical functionality, and provides a serene and stylish retreat that complements its surroundings.
